Every lot on our shelf can be traced back to a specific farm or washing station. We visit our producing partners at least once every two years, and we publish farmgate prices for every coffee we buy.
We roast Monday through Thursday and ship Tuesday through Friday. No bag on our shelf is more than seven days off the cooling tray when it leaves the warehouse.
Every batch is cupped at green intake, at post-roast QC, and during weekly calibration by our two Q-Graders. If it doesn't hit 84+ on the SCA scale, it doesn't leave the building.
Recyclable LDPE bags with a proper one-way valve. Not the cheapest option, but it keeps the coffee fresh for eight weeks unopened rather than three.
